WITH BRIDAL PACKAGE PROGRAM:
An initial steaming of your gown will be performed when it arrives from the manufacturer and a final steaming will be performed the week of your wedding.
We will store your gown for you until your wedding day.
Payment of the balance of your dress is due within 10 days of its arrival in the store.
FREE Merchandise: To ensure timely arrival, selections of FREE items must be made no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date. Rush shipping fees are applicable if FREE merchandise is not ordered at least 30 days prior to the wedding date. FREE merchandise has no redeemable cash value.
Shoe Orders: Please select sizes carefully. In the event that an additional pair of shoes must be ordered due to an improper fit, a replacement is available on the same style only for the cost of shipping.
